Everybody can use the services of Pärnu Central Library. The requirement for admission to the Library is library card or ID-card that give the right to use all the services provided by the Library. The library card is issued on the basis of a document provided with a photograph and personal identity number.
The charge for the library card is 1.50€. Discount (0.80€) is valid for pupils, students and pensioners.
